DFW Site Metrics provides professional drone-based volumetric measurement services for stockpiles, aggregate materials, and construction sites. Our services include:
Clients must provide written authorization for all drone flights on their property. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to authorize aerial surveys of the site.
Clients must provide safe access to the site and notify DFW Site Metrics of any hazards, restricted areas, or active operations that may affect the survey.
DFW Site Metrics uses industry-standard photogrammetry methods to achieve volumetric accuracy within published tolerances. However, actual accuracy may vary based on site conditions, material characteristics, and environmental factors.
Reports are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for financial, legal, or regulatory decisions without independent verification.
Payment terms vary by service tier. Spot Audit services require payment upon completion. Subscription services (Compliance, Operations, Partnership) are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
All survey data, reports, and deliverables become the property of the client upon payment. DFW Site Metrics retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement and industry benchmarking purposes.
DFW Site Metrics liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or reports.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
